The room was incredible, the facilities were top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The pool was the perfect temperature, providing a refreshing escape from the heat. I loved lounging on the rooftop, with its comfortable beds and stunning views over the rooftops. The location within the Medina was also ideal, allowing me to explore the city easily. The service was impeccable, from the attentive waiters to the friendly receptionist who served the delicious breakfast. Speaking of which, the breakfast spread was absolutely delicious, with a variety of breads, Moroccan pancakes, and homemade cakes. I couldn't have asked for a better start to the day. my experience at this hotel was beyond exceptional.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Fantastic (very cold) pool open 24h and roof terrace with king size beds you could sleep on. Very clean. Great location for visiting the city. Parking available in front of the riad. Very peaceful and quiet.
Wi-fi connection not working. Average breakfast (good quantity but quality was just ok.

Friendly recepcionist but with limited english and little knowledge of the city.
I was very disappointed with the lack of support from this hotel and overall service provided. Poor breakfast, room is ok but very dark and already needing maintainance. Could not connect my computer to internet and the Riad is at the edge of the old area, requiring a long walk to get to the main square. In addition, I had exchanged emails with the manager which promissed to get me a rental car agent, but did not show up on the day agreed, and when finally came, only had to offer a pick up car with driver. Difficulty to speak to the manager, never there before 10 am or after 5 pm. And recepcionist did not want to transfer the call to her, I had to insist a lot to be able to speak to her but gave up with her support.

The rooftop seating area was the perfect spot for a romantic evening enjoying the warm evening breeze. The hotel’s location was convenient for exploring the lively streets nearby and the delicious breakfast was a great start to each day.
The bathrooms were outdated and could use renovation. Also, we were disappointed with the lack of locks on the doors, as it left us feeling uneasy about leaving our belongings unattended.

Stayed in a traditional hotel which had a beautiful pool in the center. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly, offering excellent service. The location was perfect as it was close to the main markets and restaurants, but still had a quiet and peaceful atmosphere.
The bathrooms could be modernized, but this is to be expected in a traditional hotel. The rooms did not have blackout curtains which allowed the sunlight to disturb our sleep in the early morning.

It was conveniently situated, a short walk to the famous square and with easy access to the Merzouga desert. the room was exquisitely decorated with a comfortable bed, a spacious bathroom with a delightful shower, and friendly staff provided excellent service. Every morning, we were treated to a scrumptious breakfast on the roof terrace with stunning views of the surrounding area. the indoor heated pool was a fantastic bonus, as were the complimentary Wi-Fi and room safe.
